If a customer service rep is online (typically during normal business hours), you'll see a green eyeball-like image and the words "online". If it's not online, you can still click on the live support button and leave us a message, which will almost always be responded to within 24 hours.

So, with the multitude of ways to contact us about product questions, billing questions, or anything else for that matter, there's no reason why your shopping experience with us should be anything less than stellar.
